It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify Parts
Reference Numbers when purchasing auto body parts to assure
correctness. No returns will be accepted without
prior authorization. All items returned are subject to 25% restocking fee
and two-way Return shipping costs.
All information is provided
to our best ability. We do not assume any responsibility for
errors and or incorrect application. Part numbers, OEM number,
OEM prices and time allowed are for reference
only.
Due to constant price fluctuation
on OEM parts and foreign currencies, prices are subject to
change with out prior notice. For accurate pricing please call
and confirm price with your account manager.
We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. If for any reason you're not
satisfied, simply return the item within 5 days of
receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the
purchase price, less a 25% restocking fee. The original
credit card used for the purchase will be issued the
credit once processed. europautoex.com cannot issue
credit for items not returned within 5 days of receipt.
Please follow the Return Policy as explained below.
1. Call the europautoex.com Customer Service Desk at
888-891-3445 to request a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) number. (Without an RMA number,
our receiving department will refuse your return.)
2. The RMA number MUST be on the
return label.
3. Customer Service will provide
you the shipping address to send the returned item.
Returns must be sent to the original shipping
warehouse location.
Refunds will be issued once the parts are received, inspected and processed.
Returned parts must be in "as
new" condition and shipped in their original package and
shipping carton. If the original shipping carton is not
available, the part must be packaged correctly to ensure
safe shipping. We cannot issue credit for items that
arrive damaged or for items that have been partially or
fully installed. Proper shipping, and associated cost,
is the responsibility of the customer.
The original invoice, or a copy,
must be included with the item.
Credits to the original credit
card used for the purchase will be immediately applied
upon inspection and processing of the returned item(s)
but may not appear on your credit card statement for one
or two billing cycles.
Call our Customer Service desk at 888-891-3445 to
explain the problem, reorder the correct part and get an
RMA for the first part. europautoex.com will ship the
replacement part as soon as possible freight paid. Once
the original part is returned, undamaged and in its
original carton, you will be credited for the full
amount of the original sale excluding freight.
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the
event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned
to europautoex.com and you will be credited for the full
amount of the sale, less 25% restocking fee and shipping
and handling. Please allow 2 weeks for a credit to be
issued. It is your responsibility to make immediate and
adequate arrangements with the shipping company to
accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.
All parts
are inspected before delivery. However Damage may occur during
freight.
All merchandise is insured by the carrier which assumes
all responsibilities against damage, theft and lost.
All Sales Are Final on ELECTRONIC EDITIONS (CD-ROM), BOOKS OR MANUALS IF SEAL IS BROKEN.
All Other returns will not be accepted after 5 days from purchase date without
authorization from European Automotives and is subject to a
25% restocking fee
All returns
must be accompanied by an original receipt from European
Automotives. Please
allow 7 - 10 days for your order to arrive, 3 -6 weeks
delivery for temporarily out
of stock
items and up to 8 weeks for hard-to-find, Rare Service or
Owner Manuals.
Orders
placed outside the United States may take up 6 weeks delivery.

All other returns will
not be accepted after 5 days
from
purchase date without authorization from European Automotives.
All returns
shall be
accompanied by an original receipt. All returns and
cancellations are subject
to a 25%
restocking fee, unless caused by our error.
Refused merchandise
from the carrier will cause a two-way
shipping,
handling and 25% restocking charges on your account. We
strongly
recommend
to accept merchandise no matter its condition and later file a
claim.
Please make damage claims
directly to the carrier for parts shipped
via common
carrier. To file a claim with the carrier, call the carrier's
hot line, provide the
tracking
number and open a claim. After filling the claim with the
carrier contact us with
the claim
information and we'll process the replacement parts
immediately.
All sales must be paid via
credit cards, cashier checks, bank transfer (drawn on U.S bank
only), Letter of Credit, or money order.
Returned
checks are subject to $35 service charge. Dishonored checks
are subject to penalty
set by the
Delaware State Law (Chapter 522 Sec 1719) and all other
related collection cost
including
attorney fees.

A separate
charge for shipping & handling will be posted to customer's
credit card account. This fee will be determined after
receiving the customer's order.
European
Automotives does not warranty any labor cost incurred during
installation, and shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damage arising from the use of any its parts.
Radiators and A/C Condensers have 1-year warranty from the
date of purchase with proof of invoice for any defect.
No return on Materials &
Equipment. European Automotives is not responsible for
any cost incurred during usage of Materials & Equipment
and parts.
By
purchasing material from European Automotives you are
assuming all responsibility.
